The International Pastoral Training Center was established in
Eldoret, Kenya by Rev Raymond Tucker, founder of Faith
Ministries East Africa, in the mid 1990's. It is reaching across the
nations of East Africa to train up pastors for the work of the
Kingdom. Through intensive Word-based teaching, pastors learn the
elements of spiritual wisdom and revelation that help to frame their
ministry for a more effective outreach to their villages, towns,
cities, regions and nations.
The IPTC is internationally recognized and accredited. Associate and
Bachelor degrees are awarded to those who earn credits by
successfully attending the training sessions and completing
stringent test standards. The pastors receive this training at no
cost to themselves other than their transportation to and from
Eldoret. The IPTC relies solely upon the generosity of like hearted
people who want to see this work continue in East Africa. The Impact
Church is directly involved in this effort. Pastor Rick Parsons is a
Faith Ministries East Africa board member and staff instructor. Rev.
Tucker has been his pastor/overseer since 1973. The Impact Church
members have undertaken mission trips to Eldoret to work on the
facilities of the IPTC. We actively support this work to see this
important endeavor flourish and meet the spiritual needs in the
nations of East Africa.
